Carbon steel flat welded flange has the following properties:
Good strength and plasticity: with high strength and good plasticity and toughness.
Cheap: Compared with other types of flanges, the price is relatively low.

However, carbon steel flat welded flanges also have some limitations:
Poor corrosion resistance: After a period of use, corrosion may occur, resulting in medium leakage.
High welding requirements: relatively high welding technology requirements, such as poor welding, easy to cause weld cracks.
Not suitable for high pressure and high temperature environment: Due to its structural characteristics, flat welded flange is not suitable for high pressure and temperature occasions.
